After many requests we’ve decided to offer this home for vacation rentals.

Placed atop a bluff, the ocean, waves, surfing seals, whales, and sunsets are unrivaled. An expansive sun deck runs across the oceanfront side of the home perfect for outdoor BBQ’s and sun bathing. You experience the perpetual motion of the Pacific ocean immersing you in all the beauty that one could wish for on a vacation on the Oregon Coast.

Inside our home the main level offers an open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings encompassing the living room, kitchen, and dining room featuring wall to wall windows bringing the unbelievable views inside. The well equipped kitchen with large dining bar flows into the dining area sharing the same incredible oceanfront views. The floor to ceiling brick gas fireplace in the living room hits the spot in the evening while winding down after a day of beach combing. 

You surely won't be disappointed as you enjoy the master suite, fitted with a gas fireplace gorgeous views of the ocean and access to the sundeck. In the master bathroom two can enjoy the large soaking tub. The second bedroom is also located on the main level with a full bathroom only steps from its door. There is a large TV/game room off of the garage which also includes a full bathroom. The spacious laundry room is adjacent to the TV/game room. 

Only two doors away awaits access via stairs leading down to the adventures of miles of  sandy beaches. This home is just minutes from all the attractions Lincoln City has to offer such as glass blowing studios, the Factory Outlet, Salishan Golf resort, the historic Nelscott shopping strip, and the Cultural Center so you’ll be sure to create memories that last a lifetime. Come search for glass floats, enjoy the culinary experiences the Oregon coast has come to be known for and graze the local boutiques all while knowing that you get to return home to watch pelicans soar just above the waves.
